This was a television program I grew up watching; they always played horror movies on Friday nights. I'm a big Christopher Lee fan.

Back in my day (lol) it was Chiller Theater with some guy and a talking skull which sadly faded away after many great years. Then some years later it was Creature Feature with Fritz The Night Owl-some guy in huge goofy glasses. It too lasted many years and then poof

I totally remember Bob Wilkins and Creature Features on Fri. nights! Good ol' KTVU channel 2 in Oakland/SF!! The first time I saw "Night of the Living Dead" was on that show, and I've never forgotten it! Thanks for the memories!

Oh yeah, Creature Features with Bob Wilkins...When I was a kid we used to have "sleepovers" on Saturday night and watch Bob and the "scary movies". The memory I still have is when Bob announced a short clip of a "interesting new sci-fi film called "Star Wars".

Home of some of the worst horror movies ever made. I felt good for for Bob Wilkins and then later Bob Stanley when they got to show a classic > Night of the living Dead & Diabolique.I also remember the Ghoul he was alway's blowing up Froggy or how's about Captain Satellite and those wonderful cartoons > Iron Man/Captain America/Sub Mariner/Thor/Hulk I can still remember those cool catchy songs.Roller Derby SF Bay Bombers with Charlie O Connel,Tony Roman and big Joany Weston.Walt Harris hosting big time wrestling and what kid could forget the stunning side profile of Miss Wrestling all that and sometimes pops would bring home a surprize package which made the watching of these programs even better

I watched that when I was a kid! In fact when I was really little my dad and I went to the Godzilla vs. Mecagodzilla premeire and he gave me a button. About five years ago I met him at a horror film event in Oakland. Cool guy!

I Saw CREATURE FEATURES on Friday Nights while growing up in Chicago .... My family and I always gathered around the TV with a Bowl of Popcorn and we watched the Classics !! the THEME MUSIC was so Creepy - I actually have a VHS Video that I got from a Collectibles Store in Chicago that has the Creatures Features Theme and shows the beginning of the Show - that really brings back some great memories of more innocent times .....

Here in Indiana we had Sammy Terry out of Indianapolis or Shock Theatre with Asmodius here in Fort Wayne. Saw some of my favorite movies for the first time on these schlocky horror fests on Friday & Saturday nights.
