What is your favorite Alien movie(this is not limited to the 4 movie Alien series)?

Obviously, the original "Alien" as well as the sequel "Aliens". But as for the rest of the series, I thought the rest sucked, especially including both alien vs. predator movies.

John Carpenter's "The Thing" was great. Still one of my all-time favorites.

John Carpenter's "They Live" another great one.

Predator 1 & 2 were very good.

Starship Troopers. Awesome movie. The sequels... not so much.

The Abyss

Dark City

Virus.

Cloverfield (Yes, I actually liked it)

The Critters series. Anybody remember those?

The Guyver series was always somewhat interesting. Strange. But interesting.

Would Event Horizon count as an alien movie? Either way, it's great.

And would you also consider the "Tremors" series as alien movies? I loved them too.

LOL Critters. I just watched them all about two years ago. I almost forgot how cheesy those films were. However, I remember the first one scaring the crap out of me when I was a kid. I even had this crazy reoccurring nightmare where I was running down a street near my grandmother's house (don't ask why, it is a dream afterall) and I was being chased by their spaceship as it was sucking up everything in its path to get to me...crazy.

Anyhow, on to my favorite alien movies:

I am sure that there are others out there, but those are all that I can think of ATM.

my favorite is Aliens. that movie is still a classic today. good acting, script was perfect(just like the first), everything was top notch. i love the lines, every single one of them.
