HAHAHA. Oh my God I love Creepshow. The second one is really good too... even though there's only three stories. The one about the raft is amazingly hilarious though.
Oh, man. My sister (reluctantly) rented Creepshow for me when I was about 8. I went to bed before watching it and fell asleep. I guess she decided to watch it because I while later I woke up and heard "Where's my cake? You promised me my cake!" and I was SO DAMN SCARED! I just tried to go back to sleep but that voice kept haunting me... Plus, I thought he was saying 'cape', not 'cake'... I had no idea what he was talking about but it really freaked me out.

I'd have to agree with you. There is absolutely no reason to remake this movie. It's subtle campiness is what makes it awesome. It's based on all of the old monster and horror comic books, so it needs to stay that way...

Wasnt creepshow made by a few directors or writers? They should get some guys together to do that project. Itd be much cooler with that sort of variety. The first one is great! I like King's encounter with Meteor shit. Very creepy vibes off that one. All around good film!
