FEAR. NET STOP THE POP UPS during On Demand showings!

Am I the only film buff who is totally sick and tired of the annoying Pop-ups during films on Fearnet On Demand? Fear.net has the most irritating pop ups during shows , next to Cartoon Network's. Nothing like trying to watch an intense film and have the whole lower half of the frame blocked out by an advert telling you what network youre watching, but what other films are coming to it. YO FEARNET! STOP IT! tack the ads and trailers on the beginning of the film like a theater. I only pay extra for a cable box to enjoy horror films in my home, not to have it interrupted every 10 minutes with pop ups. What happend to movies being put ON DEMAND, being uninterrupted and COMMERCIAL FREE? Anyone else pied off by this crap?

I have to agree, they destroy the atmosphere of the movie and ruin the mood. I agree put the ads at the beginning as I'm settling in to watch. It takes away the credibility of the channel.

Tell me about it.I was recently watching a movie(i think milo) and all of a sudden they interrupt it for a 30 second trailer of a movie coming to a theater. I yelled WTF--thank god nobody home at time-lol

Definately agree. I watched 13 Ghosts the other day and this annoying pop-up, taking 1/3 of the screen, in blazing color as the B/W film played on in the background, gave a "Fear Fact" about who is most likely to be knocked off first in a movie... knock it off, already!

I don't mind the pop ups as much as tring to watch the film then get interrupted by a film trailer in the middle like NEXT that pisses me off to no end...

since it's "free"service that the Trailers pay for Fearnet. You notice that you don't get charged extra for it onyour cable bill. Water mark and ads are used to keep the chances of illegals usual to a minimum( dvd burning or uploading of movies to the net).Edited by djwarchild on 6/7/2007 at 11:28 CST

I'm just glad I can fast forward through them. It kind of ruins the creepy feel when you are really into a movie. Oh you think somthing is going to happen BAM a pop-up.

I love horror movies and was happy to see fearnet on demand but the pop ups and commercials are annoying! It totally ruins the film when I have to fast forward the commercials. I dont like seeing advertisements during the movie either. I KNOW what channel I am on and I KNOW what movies they offer. STOP!
