Hey everyone-   I have been to many concerts over the years, but I still remember my first concert like it were yesterday-   It was at Shea Stadium in Queens, NY ( that stadium no longer exists by the way )  and the the group was  THE WHO.   What an awesome fookin concert- had the best time.  It was in 1982 and I was  young whipper snapper-  only 15 yrs old.  We were in the next to last row up in the nose bleed seats- but they had a big screen that you could watch.  There was an electricity in the air and the crowd was stomping there feet-  I remember the roar of that sound of feet stomping.  I dont remember every concert that well-  but this one will always be ingrained in my memory

My first concert was either Dream Theater or Blue Oyster Cult. I saw them both during the same summer when I was 15, but honestly I can't remember which was first. They were both good shows though.

My first live show was seeing a band called "Indestructible Grey" at some club in Honolulu, Hawaii when I was about 15-16 years old. Of course I don't think anyone really knows who that band is. I guess they were sort of metal in the same way that early Nine Inch Nails were. Then the first concert I went to of a band that anyone here might know is seeing Rancid during their "Life Won't Wait" tour at the Hollywood, Palladium  in California. Feels like half a lifetime ago since then. I've been to my fair share of shows and seen many a good band.

I didn't go to a lot of shows when i was younger, but then went to alot in my mid teens through early twenties. If i remeber correctly my first full blown major area show may have been the Page/Plant No Quarter tour in spring of 94 at the Spectrum in Philly and i think Rusted Root opened up.  I know, I am showing my age with that.

I will now go be ashamed in a corner because i saw "zeplin" after they were no longer really Zeplin

First of all-  I went to my first concert at the age of 15- in 1982-  So I am showing my age !!  There's nothing wrong with that-  We are not getting older we are getting BETTER !!  Second of all, I would not be ashamed to have seen Robert Plant and Jimmy Page with out being " Led Zep".  You are very fortunate to have been able to see two of the most amazing legendary artisits in all of Rock n Roll History-  I wish I was as lucky !!  this is one of my favorite Zep songs-
