Started REwatching one or two of the films me mate, klownz, has on his horror elimination game. REwatched the unedited THE EXORCIST. STILL a great flick, no big whoop on the parts that were edited originally (the "spider walk" which actually looked rushed and silly) BUT. . . . . . something I DID NOT REMEMBER and just realized. Evidently Dee Snider took the name CAPTAIN HOWDY in his entertaining horror/thriller STRANGELAND from the name Regan gives her "invisible" friend. Who I already knew was the demon PAZUZU (who I did a blog on awhile back, by the same name). Did not know Captain Howdy was an EXORCIST creation.

I never saw the face until I saw it on dvd...I always wondered if it was an "add on" efx
