I set them down around a fire and tell them the story of the Celtics holiday and how Christians adopted it to make the celts more comfortable and then tell them about how close we come to the old days when
we celebrate it every day since no one shows their true face any more.

I'd tell them, always eat candy from a starger, if a person you don't know invites you in the house than go, the stuff in the medicine cabin is also candy.

I tell them what I know about it.
They are only 5 and 8 and really dont give a shite about the history yet.
I also tell them that monsters will eat them unless they give all the root beer bottles caps to dear ole' daddy!
