Is there an easy way to clean up the e-mail? I know it will delete out of the trash after X number of days, but I noticed that in my "sent" folder there is crap there from ages ago. deleting them one at a time is a pain in the butt. Tried highlighting them all, but that does not appear to work. Any tips?

On FEARnet, I dont believe there is any other way other than one at a time unless they have changed it. It was discussed before a long while back.
