Stefan is still maintaining that he is off human blood, and he was handling his cravings. Damon catches him in a lie when he finds that Stefan has a fridge full of stolen bags from the blood bank.

Stefan is trying to detox from Elena’s human blood. It has given him the hunger, and Elena is worried. Damon, of course, is encouraging Stefan to get back on human blood, promising him that he can take it from blood banks and not kill anyone.
