If you’re anything like us, you’ve been waiting with child-like anticipation for the release of the long overdue film The Mutant Chronicles starring living mutant Ron Perlman and muscle-bound ruffian Thomas Jane. The day is almost upon us as the film premieres on HDNet VOD starting March 27th and opens in theaters on April 24th, but HULU has decided to do what they do best and rot your mutant-lovin’ brain. The Mutant Chronicles, directed by Simon Hunter, is about a soldier (T-Jane) who leads an army against an underworld of NecroMutants to basically single-handedly save the human race. But moviegoers, be warned -- apparently Ron Perlman will NOT be in full Hellboy regalia for this one, thus revealing his real face!
