AMC is 'Walking' Into New Territory
AMC launched today their first-ever "motion" comic to tie in with their much-anticipated Walking Dead series. Based on the comic series by Robert Kirkman, with art by Tony Moore, The Walking Dead motion comic is, according to the press release, an animation based on the first 13 pages of the original comic. Jake Strider Hughes, who also did the Watchmen motion comic, directed, with Phil Lamarr (Futurama) doing voice work and Lennie Moore composing the score. The Walking Dead is set to premiere in October during AMC's annual Fearfest.
