The promoters of the well-received "Carnival of Madness" tour have announced this year's lineup of chart-topping rockers and up-and-coming bands, along with the most current list of venues. The 2010 tour featured Shinedown, Sevendust, Puddle of Mudd and 10 Years, and played to sold-out arenas around the country. This year's lineup includes headliners Theory of a Deadman, along with Alter Bridge, Black Stone Cherry, Adelitas Way and newcomers Emphatic. Hit the jump for more info...
The 2011 Carnival tour kicks off on August 13th, and while the list of venues is not finalized yet, they've got at least 25 planned so far, and the confirmed cities are now posted at the official event site. Regular tickets to the Carnival sell to the general public on June 3rd, but advance sales will be available to anyone who signs up to their mailing list, and the VIP packages promise an "enhanced carnival experience."
"Theory of a Deadman is totally stoked to be doing the Carnival of Madness Tour this year," says the platinum-selling band's frontman, Tyler Connolly. "It's gonna be a fuckin' great show from beginning to end." In the meantime, their new album The Truth Is... (check out the sweet cover art below) is slated for release on July 12th.
