Getting excited for the new season of True Blood? Yeah, so are we. And we find it harder than ever to wait since we heard about the newest addition to the cast: Evan Rachel Wood.
EW.com is reporting that Wood will play Sophie-Anne, a 500-year-old French diplomat, who is "charming, wily, ruthless and wise" and once had "many of history's most famous people on speed dial." She's currently booked for two episodes at the end of season two, with an option to return should the show go to a third season.
Wood is a veteran actor, at the ripe old age of 22. Most recently she played the lead in the Beatles' musical Across the Universe and Mickey Rourke's daughter in The Wrestler. But FEARnet.com readers may be most familiar with Wood's role as Marilyn Manson's former (and rumored current) girlfriend.
