R.I.P Dino De Laurentiis

Legendary film producer Dino De Laurentiis died peacefully last night at his Beverly Hills home.  He was 91.  De Laurentiis started his film career in 1938 as an actor and production manager.  After WWII, he began his career as a producer, spanning more than six decades and 150 films.  More after the jump.

De Laurentiis's credits run the gamut from Oscar-award winners and nominees like Serpico and Three Days of the Condor, to genre favorites like Army of Darkness, The Dead Zone, Barbarella, Dune, and entries into the Amityville, King Kong, and Hannibal Lecter franchises.
