Mine was also the biker episode (though seeing it now, I can tell the rider just had his shoulders built up to hide his head. ah, well) and the one where the thing takes on the form of those you care about. Having what you think is a loved one rip you to pieces is kinda scary.
Loved the show finally saw the entire series on dvd a few months ago and my favorite ones are The Ripper The Headless Motorcyclist and The Zombie(lol loved how he was quesy trying to end the zombie's unlife). Darren McGaven rocked!

That show was most certainly well written. I think the Spanish Moss Monster was funny because it was just a guy in a Boonie Suit.
