horror music that I made

Forums:

For anyone that ventures this far into the message board and enjoys listening to horror-influenced music, feel free to check out my new collection of dark instrumentals and twisted ambience, Dark Moods. I'm looking into working with indie film makers & video game developers to make music for such projects. So I'd appreciate any feedback, whether you're in the arts or just a fan. Enjoy! http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/josephvanburen

The Misfits

Forums:

No not that retarded ass tv show that just came out, the punk band!

Who else likes them? I love how they sing about zombies, killing and other horror related things. It's especially funny to listen to someone do an acoustic cover of one of their songs because the lyrics are usually so messed up!

My fav song of theirs is "Last Caress" you can listen to it on my profile.

Let me know your favorite song of theirs or any other good punk/rock/metal bands out their that worth listening to.

Quarky Songs for Horror Movies?!

Forums:

Songs that are not traditionally scary (or even serious) but if added to a good scene makes it that much scarier.

Liiiikkkkeeee, Tiny Tim's "Through the Tulips" in Insidious

OR

The ENTIRE Fallout 3 GNR Soundtrack like throughout the entire game. Bioshock's soundtrack too.

or even new pop songs to add a new twist to expected horror soundtracks.

Have any good ones?
